Our Musical Journey
Anirudha and Karthik, disciples of Mridangam Maestro Vidwan KULUR JAYACHANDRA RAO, have started their exploration of percussive aspects of Carnatic and Hindustani music through their initiatives aptly titled “Percussion Conversations”. Their ambition is to explore the nuances of patterns in Mridangam and Tabla together on stage to create a synergy of two different styles of playing. They both intend to broaden the horizons of Layaatma by engaging with musicians from other genres, thus ensuring a blissful experience to the audience.
